JOB DETAILS -
Position - SALES COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Work Location - Delhi Corporate Office
Reporting To - Head Finance
Qualification -
CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance/ M Com/ B Com - 5 to 12 years experience (depending upon qualification) in FMCG/ FOOD Industry preferred.
Computer Skill -
SAP exposure is MUST
Good exposure in MS office particularly in Excel
Job description -Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Sales Accounting -
Analytical approach
Provide support with analysis of data to Regional manager to forecasting the sales numbers
Capable of designing and implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure applicable in the areas of Sales Accounting
C&FA management skill;
Inventory management
Debtors management;
Logistics management including handling transporters and negotiating rates;
Handling, processing and analysis of Travel expenses and other expenses of Sales Team
Managing the Trade scheme in terms of Scheme evaluation, claims processing and cost - benefit Analysis;
Provide support to Regional manager for Deal design along with the control guidelines
Sound understanding of statutory compliance specifically in Sales Tax / VAT, Tax Deduction at source (TDS), Service Tax, Professional Tax, etc
Knowledge of Forecasting process and tools
Managing Regional office expenses
Generate variance report of actual against Budget / forecast
Provide support to Regional manager in Budget and forecast process
Working experience of handling commercial legal issues like distributor cases / weights and measurement cases / insecticide cases etc
Exposure to audit - both CFAs and some exposure to sales audit required
Financial Accounting -
Preparing the MIS Reports, Personal Files, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports, Sales Invoices, Debtors Reconciliation and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance.
Commercial Operations / Excise Affairs -
Guiding all procedures, formalities, transportation (logistic) and documentation for clearance of goods.
Monitoring commercial documentation for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations and tracking various drawbacks.
Coordinating with supplier, shipping company, clearing agents & transporters for clearance of imported goods and movement of goods within the stipulated time.
