*Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
*Revenue generation through new account development and key account management attribution
*Handling meeting with key clients
*Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
*Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction
*Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
*New business development
*Responsible for achieving sales target
*will be expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated and that the required documentation is completed by you and your team for all new business opportunities
*will be responsible for maintaining an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of real estate market
*Ensures that team members identifies property and fixes up a meeting with the owner / developer of the property.
*Assisting in gathering information about vacated or would be vacated properties by continues follow-up with developers / owners of property by team members
*Enquiring about clients in market done by business development team.
*Enquiring about any investment deals.
*To conduct regular follow-up about all upcoming Projects.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
*Preferred
Convent Educated (F / M)
*Fluent in English / Hindi / Bengali Communication
*Proficiency to achieve targets
*Computer Application Proficiency required.
*Interpersonal Skills
*Previous exposure in Real estate industry is preferred
*Smart, presentable.
*Preference may also be given to candidates experienced in Real estate, Hospitality or any other service industry for the above posts.
*Fluent in English / Hindi / Bengali Communication
*Proficiency to achieve targets
*Computer Application Proficiency required.
*Interpersonal Skills
*Previous exposure in Real estate industry is preferred
