Very strong technical background and experience of handling a region.
Operational knowledge of SAP SD integrated with MM & FI module to provide the support and training to end user. Also knowledge of generating the marketing MIS reports.

Responsible for Installation, maintenance of Laptop,
desktop & network components with coordination with vendors.
Ability to install, upgrade and configure network printer,
Backup, Recovery and Anti-Virus software.
Ability to handle the switches (normal, L-2 & L-3)
router, firewall LAN & WAN
Ability to resolve users teething problems like Network,
Printing, Scanning, Email, Internet & OS related issues.
Ability to handle Hardware / Software issues and training
to remote area marketing and dump offices.
