Job Description:
i. Responsible for getting the Financial Reports prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, etc, audit
by the Auditors, interact with Clients and delivered to the Clients for presentation to Board within agreed timelines.

Job Description:
i. Responsible for getting the Financial Reports prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, etc, audit
by the Auditors, interact with Clients and delivered to the Clients for presentation to Board within agreed timelines.
ii. Planning, allocation, prioritization as per Client/Audit timelines and monitoring the same on real-time basis
iii.
Providing training, technical guidance and interpretation on GAAP requirements
to the FA team members for preparation of Financial Statements and in process
improvement initiatives.
iv.
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, Group procedures and standards.
Salary: Rs.8 - 25 lacs (based on level).
2. Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts:
Handle Finance , Accounting & Commercial functions like balance sheet finalizations, P&L accounts, Billing, internal control on receipts & Fund Flow & routine commercial functions etc. Knowledge of primary accounting framework (US GAAP, Other Domestic or IFRS), related financial reporting matters. Salary: Rs.8-15 lacs.
3. Senior Executive - Financial Reporting:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities include: responsible for Accounting, Reporting, USGAAP & Policy based accounting processes. Finalization & Audit of annual Financial statements (USGAAP & Indian GAAP), Regulatory filings with statutory authorities, handling of Transfer pricing issues and ensuring compliance to relevant Indian laws. Salary: Rs.8 -12 lacs.
